The ability to care for one's close relatives will not only result in better care for citizens, but will also negate in many situations the necessity for public assistance which many citizens find degrading and damaging to the pride of the perscns concerned and their immediate relatives. This will also provide privacy and dignity for the relative as well as independence, of which these people are deserving. Please state the circumstances that apply: 2. County procedures, zoning provisions and possible conditions of approval with the Development Services, Staff. The following items are required to be submitted at the time of application: 1. The completed, signed, Uniform Application and Affidavit. If the application is signed by an agent for the property owner, and agent authorization form must be submitted along -w th the Application.
