This is a single-family resident zoned neighborhood! How can .88 of an acre support five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 laundry rooms with two septic tanks? Are there enough leach fields for each of the two units? We now have an additional minor child living in the mobile unit with the 30 -year old adult male and another vehicle, along with the six cars that the Havels own on the property (and only three of them can be driven!). Have you been notified that the mobile has been used as a residence for the 30 -year- old male since Friday, February 20,2004? The Havels promised the neighbors that the trailer was to be moved as soon as the elderly relative died. They have not kept their promise and the 30 -year-old male living in the trailer now is not blood relative (former wife's son by another man). If this 30 year old man does have a drinking problem as Mr. Havel stated, then living on this property is not for the best benefit of the 30 year old male's sobriety since Mr. Havel starts each day with Bailey's liquor in his coffee and admits to his own drinking problem history. There are solid, supportive programs in Chico for sobriety living for $320. month with positive support for addictions.
