PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: Approval for a temporary Christmas Tree Lot subject to the
following requirements: .
1. Permit is valid from 7 December 2002 through 26 December 2002.
2. Provide one portable toilet, or equivalent within the building
3. Permit is reviewable by staff at any time during the permit period to confirm conformance
to conditions of this permit.
4. Restrooms in main building may satisfy condition #2, but then must be available at all
times during business hours.
5. Must obtain approval by the Fire Department (538-7994) prior to opening for business.
6. The permit may be revoked if any of the terms or conditions of the Permit are violated or
if any acts or omissions of the permittee in connection with the use authorized by said
Permit constitute a public nuisance.
