This was discussed with Mr. Hoiland on October 8, 2003. He will locate and mark the existing leachline for our visual confirmation, and submit a modified "to scale" plot map, locating the temporary home at least 5 feet from the existing leach line. Once the location of the leach line is confirmed and an acceptable location for the temporary home is shown on a new plot map, we will approve of the Use Permit with no conditions. A clearance for the temporary home will be issued by this office once the Planning Division issues the use permit. This review should not be construed as a blanket approval of your project since participation in the County Parcel Map process may change the project due to other agency requirements. When you do apply for your map at the Planning Department, the remainder of your fee for Environmental Health services will be $46.00. However, you must have your Pre -Application Review receipt available at the time you make application. This letter concludes this Department's review of your pre -application.
