Dear Mr Betts,
On the days of 4/24 and 4/25/2004 between the hours of 6:am and 10:pm the organization
known as Sierra Inline Youth Hockey will be hosting an event in Chico Ca at the address
known to us as 13290 Contractors' Dr.: The North Valley Hockey and Sports Complex
group will be assisting in the event, though they are not official participants in the
organization of the weekend. The event will consist of youths between the ages of 8
years of age to 12 years of age and will include spectators and adult chaperones. At any
given time during the day we expect to have up to 100 people in attendance with a
turnover rate about every four to six hours.
We will be contracting to outside catering in the form of a "Hot wagon" catering truck,
and possibly a barbeque hosted by the NVHSC group. We will be supplying Porta -
Potties for services and selling soda and water on-site as well. The number of porta-
potties will be determined by the capacities recommended by the servicing company, or
by Butte County direction. We will be supplying at least one handicap accessible station.
As the existing waste facilities are in sufficient for our intended use will not be utilizing
them.
We appreciate any and all Feedback as soon as possible as we are closing in on our dates

MINIMUM PLUMBING FACILITIES _
Each building shall be provided with sanitary facilities, including provisions for the physically handicapped as prescribed by the Department having jurisdiction. In the absence of
such requirements, this Appendix, which provides a guideline for the minimum facilities for the various types of occupancies, (see Section 411.0 of the Uniform Plumbing Code,
Plumbing Fixtures Required) may be used. For requirements for the handicapped, ANSI At 17.1-1992, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, may be used.
IThe total occupant load shall be determined by minimum exiting requirements. The minimum number of fixtures shall be calculated at fifty (50) percent male and fifty (50) percent
female, based on the total occupant load.
