Permit is valid from 10/15/04 through 12/31/09. 2.', Provide one disabled accessible portable toilet, or equivalent within the temporary sales and construction office building. 3. II! Permit is reviewable by staff at any time during the permit period to confirm conformance to conditions of this permit. 4. Restrooms in sales and temporary construction office building may satisfy condition #2, but then must til be available at all times during business hours. i 5.11 Must obtain approval by the Fire Department (538-7994) prior to opening for business. 6.
