PURPOSE: Administrative Permit for Thurman & Thurman on APN 069-620-011 for a
temporary use: Sales and Construction office for The Ridge Subdivision to
be located in The Ridge Subdivision. Sales Office located at the corner of
Honey Rock Court and Lariat Loop, south of State Highway 162 (Oro
Quincy Highway), near Kelly Ridge.
PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: Approval for a temporary Sales and Construction office for The

Ridge Subdivision subject to the following requirements:
1. Permit is valid from 10/5/05 through 12/31/06. Extension permitted upon approval of
Director.
2. Provide one disabled accessible portable toilet, or equivalent within the temporary sales
and construction office building.
3. Permit is reviewable by staff at any time during the permit period to confirm
conformance to conditions of this permit.
4. Restrooms in sales and temporary construction office building may satisfy condition #2,
but then must be available at all times during business hours.
5. Must obtain approval by the Fire Department (538-7994) prior to opening for business.

6. The permit may be revoked if any of the terms or conditions of the Permit is violated or if
any acts or omissions of the permittee in connection with the use authorized by said
Permit constitute a public nuisance.
7. Vehicle traffic, including constriction and.access to the temporary sales and construction
office, shall be from Honey Rock Court only.
8. Location of the sales and temporary construction office shall be located on Lot 11.
9. Any required building permits must be obtained prior to occupancy.
10. Power and Utility Service to the sales and temporary construction office shall be pulled
from Honey Rock Court.

PURPOSE: Administrative Permit for Th an & Thurman on APN 069-620=012 for a

temporary use: Sales and Construction office for The Ridge Subdivision to
be located in The Ridge Subdivision. Sales Office located at the corner of
Honey Rock Court and Lariat Loop, south of State Highway 162 (Oro
Quincy Highway), near Kelly Ridge.
PERMIT REQUIREMENTS: Approval for a temporary Sales and Construction office for The
Ridge Subdivision subject to the following requirements:
1. Permit is valid from 10/5/05 through 12/31/06. Extension permitted upon approval of
Director.
2. Provide one disabled accessible portable toilet, or equivalent within the temporary sales
and construction office building.
3. Permit is reviewable by staff at any time during the permit period to confirm
" conformance to conditions 'of this permit._.._ -
4. Restrooms in sales and temporary construction office building may satisfy condition #2,
but then must be available at all times during business hours.
5. Must obtain approval by the Fire Department (538-7994) prior to opening for business.
6. The permit may be revoked if any of the terms or conditions of the Permit is violated or if
any acts or omissions of the permittee in connection with the use authorized by said
Permit constitute a public nuisance.
7. Vehicle traffic, including construction and access to the temporary sales and construction
office, shall be from Honey Rock Court only.
8. Location of the sales and temporary construction office shall be located on Lot 11.
9. Any required building permits must be obtained prior to occupancy.
10. Power and Utility Service to the sales and temporary construction office shall be pulled
from Honey Rock. Court.

Enclosed are the original and one copy of your conditional Administrative Permit for Temporary
Use No. ADM 06-08. Please sign and return both copies to this division within 90 calendar days
from the receipt of this letter. We will then have them validated by the Development Services
Planning Manager, and the original will be returned to you for your records.
Please be aware that failure to return the signed copies within 90 days will result in the
Administrative Permit becoming invalid. Re-application to this Department would then be
necessary to proceed with -the project.
The Administrative Permit is deemed granted when this permit has been signed by the applicant,
with the counter signature of the Development Services Planning Manager, and said permit is
received by the applicant by Certified mail.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact this office between 8:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
