Temporary travel trailer as a dwelling unit during construction of a single family residence or the rehabilitation of a single family residence that has been damaged by fire, earthquake, tornado, other acts of nature, or has been deemed condemned or uninhabitable by the County, subject to the following requirements: A. The travel trailer may be placed for a period not to exceed one (1) year from the date of issuance of the Administrative Permit; provided however, the Planning Manager may extend such Administrative Permit for one six (6) month period. Such extension by the Planning Manager shall be done only upon a showing of physical or financial hardship by the applicant. B. That the occupant has secured a building permit for a residence. C. That the occupant has secured a sewerage disposal permit from the Butte County Environmental Health Division. D. That before six (6) months have elapsed from the date of the issuance of the building permit, the occupant shall have completed the foundation, rough plumbing, framing and the roof of the proposed residence; and E. That the house must be completed within the one-year period and the trailer dwelling must be abandoned. F.
