Commissioner Lambert asked about the Thomasson renewal with 12 disabled live -ins and night staff, as it pertains to aunt minnies. Staff said when this application came into this Commission, there was concern regarding the type of facility it was going to be. Staff stated the Commission did approve the temporary facility. Commissioner Lambert said if it was approved and on-going with no changes, she had no problem with it. Commissioner Ostrowski said the Tyrer's application, AP# 056-090-048, copy was so light that it couldn't be read. Commissioner Nelson was present at this time. Staff said all applications were in order, but would ask someone to bring the file up for the Commission's review.
