Commission on July 31, 1961 requesting "R -l" zoning for the area; involved.
Prior to approval of the subdivision,'Mr. Swaim was advised that the area
adjacent to the wrth had been zoned as an Industrial District.
The 'Land Use Committee has vie -vied the property in gaostion and recommonds
denial of the proposed '1R~1" zoning for the area as it would not be compa:l;ible
with the adjacent Industrial area.

Chan stated everything will be precisely defined in the ordinance and

Chairman Walsh read a letter received from Howard Toussaint in regard to
the administration of the many requests for trailer dwellings in the. County
anct requesting some procedure that will expedite their approval.

E. Proposed Meeting with Chico planning Commission - Setzer
Commissioner Setzer reported that the Chairman of the Chico Planning
Commission det to meet with the County Planning Commission for a
g ssion on uniformity of parking requirements for businesses
such as Bowling Alleys and like uses, It was sttggesteci that possibly the
meeting could be arranged to coincide with a public hearing in Chico, and
