The party of the second part hereby agrees to replace in first class condition, and to maintain during construction work all fencesand telephone lines along the right of way herein conveyed, in as good a condition as the same shall:,be found and to construct a boat pond satisfactory to the said party of the. first part. W. Browning, F. C. Mitchell and E. 2-hirmer. President J. W. Browning called the meetin- to order and presided throughout and Secretary Mrs. Ambrose Burleson who was also present acted as Secretary of the meeting.
