The public hearing on the proposed rezoning from "A -R" (agricultural residential)'
to "PA -Ci° (planned area -cluster) district to allow construction of a 1380
Unit multiple family complfx, on property described as located on the south }
side of Lm-ier Wyandotte Road, approximately 1/4 mile east of Wyandotte Ave jt,-' ?
identified as AP 34-35-30, Groville (Seco Enterprises, Inc.) was held as
advertised. Jim Lawson, Planning Director, summarized the action of the
Planning Commission ir. this matter. The Planning ccu—fission approved the
rezoning. Several residents had op;osed the rezoning at the P1awking
Commission hearings. Roads within the rezoning explained. vftle condition
that the development be hooked up tr, a sewage system was arsceptable to the
applicant.
Hearing opened to the public. Appearing it opposition to the granting
of this rezoning:.
1. Mr. Frank Clegg, Lower Wyandotte Road. He said the reason
that more people were not present to oppose this rezoning was that they
not afford to take the time from work. He opposes the rezoning, but he.elt

2. Mr. James Toney, Greenville Street. He said-ihe peop.Le in his
area did not want to be rezoned. He was told that this rrtaoning would not
effect the surrounding property owners, merely the proper.y,ewr=d by Seco
