WHEREAS, ths.matter came%on regularly for hearing before`
the Board of Supervisors of the. County of Butte,; State of California,
OM 1975, in the Supervisors" Room of the`Butte
County Administration Building fronting, on Huntoon Street, in Orozrlle,
California, Butte County, and it appearing to said Board that a Notice
of Intention: and Resolution to Abandon a Public`Alghway and Notice of
Time and. Place: of Hearing of said Abandonment was duly and regularly
given as required by lave,.. .and testimony and o•dence, both oral ago
documentary, having been produced at said hearing, from which said
