Chairman: We.hereby submit to the Commissioner our- request that the property herein described be deleted from the prec4nt TM160 zoning proposal. We base our request on the following reasons; l) Zoning proposed for this ,area does ;not conform to the County's general plan in so much as this area is proposed by the Plan to eventually contai n from one to four dwei I ings per gross acl°o; ,and furthermore, that the land in question will economically support neither't"Imber hot agricultural. 2) The zoning is too restrictive to the potential varied and proper uses of the land. 3) 'the area itself has hot as yet been inspected by the Butte Cuunty Planning Department, 4) We are unaware of any property owhees in the area w1ho-would object to our proposal.
