DESCRIPTION OF BURBANK SCHOOL SITE
'.Chez Burbank School site is described as all of Block 7,
El Meodio Suvision, No. 1 It is also identified,
as Butte County
i y Assessor's Parcel No. 35-10471. This
parcel was purchased by the Oroville School District in
November of 1921.

The site has frontage of 234 feet on the east side of
Myers Stree j /+22 on the south side of C Street, 234
feet on the wast side of Spencer Avenue, and 406 fOot "
