TIAL) PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDtS OF ALMANDOR CIRCLE, APPROX. 130 FT.
SOUTH OF EAST AVENUE, IDENTI, IED AS AP 48-081-26 CONTAINING 0.75 ACRES,,

The public hearing on the Bruce Zllmer proposed negative
declaration and =rezone from t'S-R'! (suburban -residential) and "R-4"
(maximum density residential, restricted services) to,"R-3" (medium density
residential) property located on the east side of Almandor Circle, approx-
imately 130 feet south of East Avenue, identified as AP 48-031-26,
containing 0.75 acres, more or less, Chico was held as advertised.
