Dear Ron,
The Certificate of Correction you requested for the above recorded map is not required.
The change on the map of the Environmental Health Division requirements is not necessary
because there is no note on the map reflecting Environmental Health conditions. The Butte
County Environmental Health Division has approved of the change in the condition. A copy
of their approval is enclosed. The check you supplied to us for the recording fee is also
enclosed.
Per Stu Edell, the necessary changes in acreage of Parcel 2 and the distance of a boundary
line on Parcel 1 can be changed by Stu and does not require a Certificate of Correction.
Please give him a call to find out what he needs in order to do this.
