At the regular Meeting of the Butte County Subdivision Violation Coilnittee
held blay ?_3, 1984, the Committee issued a conditional Certificate of
Compliance For the above-i-leferenced projects. The .ohditiolis are:
1. Provide satisfactory evidence that a suitable site for the
installation and replacement of a sewage disposal system for a
single family residence exists on each parcel.
2. Provide satisfactory evidence that adequate quantitie.:s of potable'
water are avail�ible to each parcel.
3. Verify that all parcels are to be `Five acres in size to comply'
with the A-5 zone.
4. 1'erify legal access to the property from a county maintained road

5. Verify that tiie traversable access to each parcel is on the legal

Theee is a fifteen (15) day appeal period before 'this conditional Certificate
Of Compliance can be recorded, unless you sign and return the attached4taiver
