CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: Structures, dumping, fill material, vegetation removal, and/or excavation shall not be allowed in areas having a slope of 30% or greater unless an Erosion Control Plan prepared by a registered civil engineer or other qualified professional is submitted to and approved by the Department of Public Works.
