Therefore any development that would require assessment and additional sewage loading would necessarily be reviewed under the Regional Water Quality Control Board's Prohibition Order. this office could not issue a septic permit on this lot for a second dwelling dwelling(minimum 150 gallons/day) without violating this Prohibition Order. Additionally, preleminary review of the site has raised doubts regarding whether or not there is enough room on the lot to place the additional system for a second dwelling and still have enough room on the lot to repair both the system for the main house and the second dwelling(installation standards). Rather than place the applicant in a situation where he can't qualify for a construction permit we suggest he change his plan possibly down sizing to a quest house or addition to the main house.
