Mr. Bachman commented (6,6) that his client would have no objection
to having a riding path or some other appropriate use open to

residents of the subdivision but not to the publ. After some dis-
cussian, 'Commissioner smith made a motion for approval4'f'i.nding this
development is consistent wi,th'the Gonera�l Flan; the design, is con"
sistent With the General Plan and the site is physically suitable
for the development. Her recommended approval was subject to the
14 conditions recommended by the Subdivision Committee, changing No
14 to read. "Provide a recreation easement i,n favor of all 1o"t owh'ers
in the subdivi'sioh on 'lots 1-6 and 10-15, lying north of the meander -
ng "centerline of Rock Creek." Her motion w,as seconded by Commissioner
Camenzind. (Her motion included comments made by the Subdivision
