ing changes. Mr. Stutz, said that lie felt that there should be fotit,
preliminary general plan hearings in the Chico area to receive public
input prior to the time a formal public hoaring is hol,•d vitli the
tent ok Making action and before the change is reforrect to the Depart-
ment of Env'ironmbntal Veview for their consideration. The Commrlss°ion
agreed that the extra nreetir gs might be necessary and thrtt the FHghway
32 area would be the first area to be dis-cussed at a prelivinary
