The Board of Supervisors of the County of Bittte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County DO
ORDAIN as follows: ii
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described areta situate in the County of l

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of. California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as follows;
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in
the County of Butte, State of California;, shall he and it is
hereby zoned as 3n AR -Mi -1 (Agricultural Residential Mobile
Home -- 1 acre parcels') District, and such area shall be subject

hereby amended to read as follows;

segregation of one (1.) existing home .in the agricultural
11 zones providing that the proposed segregation meets certain
criteria as specified in this Article.
