Staff has analyzed this request and recommends approval. PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SITE CHARACTERISTICS: The applicant proposes to abandon the westerly seven(7) feet of width of a twelve(12) foot wide easement. This 140 foot long easement was created over lot 1 of the "Green Acres Subdivision" Official Map of which was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, in Map of Records Book 35, Pages 6 and 7, on November 3, 1966. ANALYSIS: t The remaining five (5) feet of easement area is used by the California Water Service Company, Pacific Gas and Electric and AT&T Broadband. These utility companies have each submitted a letter consenting to the abandonment.
