ANALYSIS: The abandonment is being requested so that the property owner may erect a carport adjacent to the mobile Ihome on-site. Several other similar abandonments have been approved within this subdivision over the years. While PG&E does have facilities within the easement, they do not have any objections to the abandonment because of an agreement they have with the property owner. All other utility companies have . made stated that they have no objections to the abandonment. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Planning Commission heard testimony regarding this project. (CBS) Staff recommends the Board concur with the Planning Commission and subject to the findings listed in this report, approve the request. ANALYSIS: The abandonment is being requested so that the property owner may erect a carport adjacent to the mobile home on-site. Several other similar abandonments have been approved within this subdivision over the years. While PG&E does have facilities within the easement, they do not have any objections to the abandonment because of an agreement they have with the property owner. All other utility companies have made stated that they have no objections to the abandonment. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The Planning Commission heard testimony regarding this project.
