The present zoning is TM-20 (Timber Mountain - 20 acre minimum). The Land Use Plan Map of the Butte County General Plan designates this area as Agricultural Residential. There are no specific or community plans for the area. The proposal does not conflict with County zoning nor any adopted or proposed element of the Butte County General Plan nor any County, specific or community plan. The proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with Section 15305 of the Public Resources Code which states: "Class 5a consists of minor alterations . . . which do not result in any changes in land use or density . . ."
