ANALYSIS: This 24.17 acre parcel was created by Book 1747 at page 140.' This parcel was created by deed sometime after March 3, 1972. At the time the parcel was created the parcel met the zoning and General Plan land use designation. At the time the parcel was created the zoning was FR-10 (Foothill Recreational-10 acre minimum) which had a parcel size of 24.17 acres.
