Pay the recording fee in effect at the time the Conditional Certificate of Compliance is recorded.The current fee is$7.00 for the first sheet plus$3.00 for each additional sheet. The size of the total parcel (0.26 acres)was consistent with the subdivision requirements (8,125 sq. feet minimum) at the time of creation. • As last modified, the parcel was consistent with the Commercial General Plan Land Use designation, as dwellings are an acceptable secondary use. • The parcel is located at 7885 Granite Street, approximately 100 feet from the intersection with Skyway in Stirling City. Adjoining parcels • Adjoining parcels AP 059-092-021,022 and 023 are all currently under the same ownership. • AP 059-092-023, created by the 1980 deed, contains only 1,625 square feet, which was substandard with respect to the A-2 zone. (AP 059-092- 022 is the remainder of that deed) • A garage has been constructed across the property line between AP 059-092-021 and 023. • In order to void the violation, the Butte County Department of Public Works states that parcel 059-092-023 must either be merged with adjoining parcel 059-092-021 in conformance with the current application (MER 06-0010) or included in the certificate of compliance with this project parcel prior to recording the certificate of compliance. • The property owner, Ms. Wagner, has submitted a merger application, MER06-0010, to merge AP 059-092-021 and 023 into one single parcel of real property.
