Mr. Calarco said that sometimes the size of the parcels does not restrict the permitted uses. The hearing was opened to the public. Mr. Runge said the lot was illegal because Mr. Culet created more than 4 parcels by deed. The hearing was closed and comments confined to the Commission and staff.
