Timothy Selvidge, Application for Determination, AP 071-290-058, (File 96-04), located on the south side of Hecker Way, 350 ft east of Chinook Way off Craig Access Road. Choville. (File 96-04) Mr. Hunt said the parcel was created on January 19, 1972, without access. Public Works would have three conditions: 1. Verify legal access to the parcel from Craig Access Road. 2. Provide documentation from the State Dept. of Water Resources Division of Parks and Recreation allowing the use of Craig Access Road as access to the parcel. 3. Provide two way traversable access to the parcel from a publicly maintained road. Mr. Crawford said that if there is a problem with access for this parcel along Decker Way, there is probably a problem with access for the other parcels along the road. Mr. Hunt said that Hecker Way is a private road and the parcels were created by deed. The subject parcel was created by deed without the right to use Hecker Way. A portion of access.is missing on the north side of Parcel 57. Mr. Faickson said that other parcels in this area would have similar problems and similar conditions because of the situation with Craig Access Road. Mr. Hent said that for parcel creation in 1972, 60 ft. of access to a publicly maintained road was required.
