feet; thence Northeasterly to the center line of the Lost Creek Dam Road; thence North-
westerly, along the centerline of the Lost Creek Dam Road, 60.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
This easement is for the benefit of two parcels known at this time as Butte County

Mr. Edell said the parcel was created as a remainder on April 29, 1965 without access, which was
1 partially acquired in 1993. There would be conditions to verify legal access and pay a $9.00
recording fee.
HEARING CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
There were no Health Dept. conditions, and the note about PRC 4290 would be applied.
It was moved by Mr. Erickson, seconded by Mr. Sanders, and carried unanimously, for issuance
of a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for a parcel owned by James and Marsha Bamford
on AP 073-090-014, finding that available evidence indicates that the parcel was created as a
f remainder on April 29, 1965. The motion is made finding that the parcel meets zoning and
Health Dept. requirements and issuance of the certificate will not be detrimental to the public
