File 96-04 Mr. Edell said that the parcel was created on January 4, 1972, without access, in a Ben Culet court judgement area. Access is provided as part of the court judgement. There would be a condition to pay a $6.00 recording fee. HEARING CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC There were no Health Dept. conditions. Mr. Crawford said Fire Safe regulations must be met. It was moved by Mr. Erickson, seconded by Mr. Sanders, and carried unanimously, for issuance of a Conditional Certificate of Compliance for a parcel owned by Donna Hewlett on AP 028-330- 043, finding that available evidence indicates that the parcel was created on January 4, 1972,with questionable access. The motion is made finding that the parcel meets zoning and Health Dept. requirements and issuance of the certificate will not be detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the people of Butte County or other properties in the territory in which the property is situated provided the following condition is complied with: 1. Pay $6.00 recording fee.
