ANALYSIS: The 13.2 acre parcel was created by a Certificate of Merger which merged APNs 072-440-006, 007, 014, &015, and which was recorded on May 14, 1996, under Serial Number 96-017983, in the Office of the Butte County Recorder. The merged parcel has not been given a new parcel number by the County Assessor's Office. The M-R zoning for the project site was established on Dec. 12, 1969. The M-R zone requires a minimum parcel size of 5 acres. At the time of the project parcel's creation on May 14, 1996, the parcel met all the requirements of the M-R zone. There are no structures located on the subject parcel.
