It was moved by Mr. Edell, seconded by Mr. Erickson and carried unanimously, to grant four certificates of compliance to Henry Runge Jr. on various parcels as listed in the Agenda with the change in the Public Works conditions as stated in the August 1 memo from Black Bart Land to Sandra Lane, with a condition for recording fees and the standard Fire Department note to meet fire safe regulations of Butte County and PRC 4290. This project is located in an area zoned M-R (Mountain or Recreation Subdivision - Residential Zone). This project is located in Supervisorial District 1. Staff recommends approval of this request. ANALYSIS: The 16.5 acre parcel was created by a Certificate of Merger which merged APNs 072-450-001, 009, 010, 017, &018.,which was recorded on May 14, 1996, under Serial Number 96-017983, in the Office of the Butte County Recorder. The merged parcel has not been given a new parcel number by the County Assessor's Office. The M-R zoning for the project site was established on Dec. 12, 1969. The M-R zone requires a minimum parcel size of 5 acres. At the time of the project parcel's creation on May 14. 1996, the parcel met all the requirements of the M-R zone. There are no structures located on the subject parce. ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION: This project has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) provisions under the General Rule exemption. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Development Review Committee find that this application is in conformity with the Butte County General Plan and approve the Determination for Henry Runge Jr. on APN 072-450- 001, 009, 010, 017, &018.
