Mr. Crawford asked if there is a house on the property. Mr. Erickson said there is an existing house with septic system and well on the property. Mr. Crawford said if there is already a structure, the informational note regarding fire safe regulations would be unnecessary. It was moved by Mr. Mooney, seconded by Mr. Sanders, and carried unanimously to approve the Application for Determination for Steven P. Bigelow on AP 068-130-128 subject to the findings and condition of the Agenda Report dated August 19, 1997. Section 1: Environmental Findings. A. The.project is categorically exempt from environmental review under the General Rule exemption, and Section 2: Zoning and General Plan Findings. A. This project is located in an area zoned AR-1 (Agricultural- Residential, 1-acre minimum parcel size). This project is located in Supervisorial District 1. RELATED ITEMS: None FOR: Development Review Committee Meeting of September 25, 1997. SUMMARY: This is a report for a Determination for a Certificate of Compliance. Staff recommends approval of this request. ANALYSIS: This project is a request for a Certificate of Compliance for one parcel. The parcel was created by Gift Deed, recorded in the Butte County Recorders Office on December 2, 1988 recorder document No. 88-40895. The parcel is 2.86 acres in size, and is zoned AR-1 (Agricultural Residential, 1-acre minimum parcel size). The parcel is designated by the Land Use Element of the Butte County General Plan as Agricultural Residential. The AR-1 zoning for the project site was established on February 28, 1984. Approval of this project will result in a Certificate of Compliance for one 2.86 acre parcel. The size of the parcel will exceed the minimum parcel size required by the AR-1 zoning and' is conditionally consistent with the Butte County General Plan designation of Agricultural- Residential.
