West of Melrose Drive in the Oroville area. This project is located in an area zoned A-R (Agricultural Residential). This project is located in Supervisorial District 1. RELATED ITEMS: None i FOR: Development Review Committee Meeting of October 9, 1997. SUMMARY: This is a report for a Determination for a Certificate of _Compliance. Staff recommends approval of this request. ANALYSIS: The 0.60 acre parcel was created October 7, 1992 under Recorder's Serial Number: 92-460532 of Official Records by Gift Deed. The current zoning for the project site was established on January 17, 1967 by Ordinance No. 912. The Butte County General Plan designates the project parcel as Low Density Residential. The size of the parcel does meet the minimum parcel size requirement of the Zoning and General Plan. i 7 The parcel is presently vacant. Domestic water for any future development on the project parcel will be obtained from OWID. Sewage disposal will be handled by LOAPUD. The Butte County Department of Public Works' only comment was the requirement that the applicant pay the appropriate recording fees. The Butte County Fire Department has recommended that any new development on the project parcel meet the Fire Safe Regulations of Butte County and Public Resources Code 4290 and 4291. The Butte County Environmental Health Division request the applicant provide will serve letters from LOAPUD and OWID.
