Staff recommends approval of this request. ANALYSIS: The 9 acre parcel was created by deed in Book 1732 at Page 19 recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Butte County on January 27, 1972. This parcel is located in the Don Mann judgement area. The parcel is zoned M-R(Mountain Recreational) and is designated by the Land Use Element of the Butte County General Plan as Agricultural Residential.
