If traffic generation changes are found to be significant, then a traffic study will be needed to determine what changes to the circulation element are needed to accommodate these land use changes. If circulation element changes are necessary,funding for the identified changes should also be addressed. State Route 70(SR-70),will be realigned and an interchange will be constructed at Ophir Road. These improvements will be part of the Oroville to Marysville Freeway Project that has been proposed. This realignment may impact a portion of the property proposed for the GPA and Zone Change. This realignment and other associated improvements should be specifically addressed if they impact the properties in the GPA and Rezone. We look forward to reviewing the EIR for this proposal.
