A community pressurized water system is required. The minimum fire flow required is 2000 gallons per minute for 2 hours at a minimum of 20 psi. The 6- inch fire hydrant spacing is to be 300 feet apart. Hydrant locations to be approved by the fire department prior to installation. 2. Blue reflective pavement markers to be installed according to the State Fire Marshals "Guidelines for fire hydrant marking along State highways and freeways"- May 1988. 3. The following is proposed: • General Plan Amendment from Agricultural-Residential to Industrial. • Rezone from SR-1 (Suburban Residential 1-acre minimum parcel size) to M-1 (Light Industrial. • Tentative Subdivision Map to create eight 1-acre parcels for industrial uses. Please refer to the attached site plan for the location of the site. Also attached is a project description written by the applicant. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the applicant of local or state requirements that may apply to their project. This allows the applicant to incorporate those requirements into the design of the project when the actual application is made. The pre-development conference will be held in the Department of Development Services' conference room,located at 7 County Center Drive, Oroville,on Tuesday,June 5,2001, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is expected to end by 3:00 p.m. If your department or agency has concerns or comments regarding the proposal,please have someone attend or submit written comments to this department prior to the meeting. I will purchase one ofthe newly created parcels. I will purchase the 8.2-acre parcel as shown on the attached map. This 8.2-acre parcel is located north of Wood Brothers Carpet where Entler Rd. - turns to the west. The property is on the north side of the abandoned railroad bed, west of Hwy 99 and south of Comanche.Creek. My Proposed project: Split the 8.2-acre parcel into 1-acre M1 lots.
