The project site is located on the northeast corner ofPentz Road and Lindenbaum Lane, south of Paradise, and is identified as APN 055-310=010. Sewage disposal would be handled by individual, on-site, septic systems and domestic water obtained from the Del Oro Water Company. The site is zoned AR-1 (Agricultural Residential, 1-acre minimum parcel size) and is designated by the Butte County General Plan as Agricultural-Residential. The purpose of the meeting is to inform the applicant of local or state requirements that may apply to their project. This allows the applicant to incorporate those requirements into the design of the project when the actual tentative subdivision map application is submitted.
