As the applicant I have supplied five (5) packages to include existing parcel maps, area maps, our engineers preliminary lot layout, the sewer agreement with the City :of Chico and related materials showing the, lot layout in reference to the "Greenview" subdivision immediately to the south and currently being developed. It was our intent to have surface streets connecting the "Greenview" subdivision with immediate access to the future extension of Eaton Road so as to mitigate traffic impacts . on the Esplanade. CONNECTION: City shall allow Owner to connect to City's 5 existing' [X] sanitary sewer system, [ ] storm drainage system from 6 Owner's real property described hereinabove, all in accordance with 7 the instructions, standards and conditions of the Chico Municipal 8 Code and other requirements established by City's Director of Public 9 Works and in accordance with Chapter 15. 36 entitled "Sewer Services 10 and Fees" of the Chico Municipal Code and amendments thereto, if 11 applicable. 12 2 . FEES: 13 [X] Owner shall pay the Water Pollution Control 14 Plant Capacity Fee, Trunkline Capacity Fee and 15 Sewer Main Installation Fee, and any other fees 16 which are required by Chapter 15.36 of the 17 Chico Municipal Code and in effect at the time 18 of connection to the City's sewer system. 19 [ ] Owner shall pay the storm drainage fees in 20 effect at the time of connection to the City's 21 storm drainage system, as set out in the City's 22 fee schedule. 23 3 . ANNEXATION - AGREEMENT NOT TO PROTEST: Owner agrees that 24 at such time as Owner's property may be annexed to City under State 25 law and City initiates the annexation of said property, Owner shall 26 not oppose or protest, either pursuant to the provisions of the 27 Cortese-Knox Local Government Reorganization Act of 1985 (commencing 28 with Section 56000 of the California Government Code) or in any Page 2 C.A.
