The existing structures on our property are as follows : 1 Mobile Home - residence established 1989 1 Storage Building 20 ' x 27 ' established 1947 , improved by previous owner. 1 Store Building established 1947 as a Bait & Tackle Store, • improved during previous owners . The Picnic area was established in 1978 with 20 plus trees . Property is located on a slight slope, north to south; no known cultural , historical or scenic aspects; soil stability is good. No special plants or animals effect this property. There are approximately 30 plus large Pine trees , 10 plus large Cedar trees , 10 small Pine trees and 5 plus small Cedar trees . Small trees planted in 1993 . There is also Manzanita on the property. Item Two. The area to the North of this property is within Paradise City Limits and has recently been subdivided e as "Unique Acres" for single family residences . Property line has a wood fence. Our only comment is that there is an existing gas service line to the mobile home. The property owner needs to call Underground Service Alert (USA) at 1-800-642-2444 a minimum of 48 hours in advance to have this existing gas service line located and tnarked in the field. Tire food wagon can not be placed over the gas service line. Costs associated with the relocation or removal of any existing PG&E facilities will be the sole responsibility of the owner/developer.
