Planning Division
The Butte County Department of Development Services has considered a request by the project
applicant for a review of formal consistency of this project (located within Compatibility Zone
C) with the 2000 Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan for the Chico Municipal Airport.
According to your office, this project requires a City Use Permit. The project -s not considered a
major land use action as defined under the 2000 ALUCP (the project does not exceed 20,000
sq.ft of floor area, and would not exceed 100 feet in height.). Therefore, no formal review of this
project by the ALUC is required. The project is considered to be consistent with the 2000
ALUCP for the Chico Municipal Airport.
