Van Zile, Family Trust APN 030-020-104 The Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) has prepared the following findings based on data contained in the 2000 Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) for the Oroville Municipal Airport, as well as site specific information submitted by the applicant and ALUC staff. The following findings have been prepared at the direction of. the ALUC and a`e for the consideration of the Lead Agency (Butte County) when making a decision on the project. SECTION 1: ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS A. No environmental documentation has been completed for this project by ALUC staff. Your Commission's review of the proposed project and detenr_ination of consistency is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality acct. Determination of environmental review will be completed during the proc�:ss of the Tentative Subdivision Map by the Butte County Planning Division. SECTION 2: CONSISTENCY FINDINGS FOR PROPOSED PROJECT A. The proposal for Robert J. APN 030-020-104 The Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC) has prepared the following findings based on data contained in the 2000 Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) for the Oroville Municipal Airport, as well as site specific information submitted by the applicant and ALUC staff. The following findings have been prepared at the direction of the ALUC and are for the consideration of the Lead Agency (Butte County) when making a decision on the project. SECTION 1: ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS y A. No environmental documentation has been completed for -his project by ALUC staff. Your Commission's review of the proposed project and determination of consistency is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act. Determination of environmental review will be completed during the process of the Tentative Subdivision Map by the Butte County Planning Division. SECTION 2: CONSISTENCY FINDINGS FOR PROPOSED PROJECT . A. The proposal for Robert J. Van Zile, Family Trustto�divide a 2.08 acre parcel into 10 single-family residential lots is consistent w h C6mpatibility-Z6ne D as found in the 2000 Airport Land Use Compatibility Pl-in for the Oroville Municipal Airport. r B. The -residential density of the project is consistent with Airport *Compatibility Zone D because there are no density or open space requirements. SECTION 3: PROJECT CONDITIONS: 1. Provide a deed notice for the sale of all resulting lots notifying purchasers of the proximity of the airport and the potential for possible noise related impacts in an ALUC-approved disclosure notice. 2. Place a note on a separate document which is to be recorded concurrently with the final map or on an additional map sheet that states: "Airspace review by the Airport Land Use Commission is required for all objects over t00 feet in height." 3.
