We checked with the city (I just forwarded an email from them) and they said it was okay. So please change the status to approved with redlines. Durham - B17-2087 Hi Nick. I spoke with Dan McLaughlin regarding the plan review and he is ok with red -marking the previously submitted plans with the needed modifications. I have attached an amended set of the plans with added information shown clouded. We have added note 2 on the electrical notes on sheet 4. On the roof plan on sheet 3 we have added notes with the information regarding the size of the hip, ridges and valley and the rafter to beam nailing.
