So we already issued comments by the applicant asked if we could redline the drawings instead of having them
resubmit. We checked with the city (I just forwarded an email from them) and they said it was okay.
So please change the status to approved with redlines. See below for redlines and the attached and below for redline
permission.
Redlines:
Sheet 3 — Indicated 2x8 ridge, hip, and valley members

Hi Nick. I spoke with Dan McLaughlin regarding the plan review and he is ok with red -marking the
previously submitted plans with the needed modifications. I have attached an amended set of the
plans with added information shown clouded. We have added note 2 on the electrical notes on sheet
4. On the roof plan on sheet 3 we have added notes with the information regarding the size of the
hip, ridges and valley and the rafter to beam nailing.
Please confirm that you've received this and let us know if this response is adequate.
