Logan and I are the sole owners of the New Era Mine, A.P.# 41- 08-27 (the "Property"); located in Butte County, California; 3. I, Betty J. Logan and/or our agents have engaged in mining operations on this Property without interruption since it was purchased from the Roy's on July 5th, 1977; `'-4. Logan and/or our agents have engaged in mining operations on this Property without -interruption since it was purchased:from the Roy's on July 5t', 1977. 4.
