I, Ronald R. Logan, reside at 4950 Dry Creek Rd. Oroville, CA 95965;

Betty J. Logan and I are the sole owners of the New Era Mine, A.P.# 41-
08-27 (the "Property"); located in Butte County, California;

I, Betty J. Logan and/or our agents have engaged in mining operations on
this Property without interruption since it was purchased from the Roy's on
July 5th, 1977;

County Center Drive in Oroville, California;

satisfy the Reclamation Bond requirements stated in the Mandatory
Conditions #.1-5 set by the Butte County Planning Commission for the
permit to be valid.

97303.
2. Ronald R. Logan and 1 are -the sole owners of the New Era Mine,.A.P.#
- 41-08-27 (the "Property"); located. in Butte County, California..
3. 1, Ronald R. Logan and/or our agents have engaged in mining operations
on this Property without -interruption since it was purchased:from the Roy's
on July 5t', 1977.
4. During all times relevant to the mining operation on the Property we were
granted permits and inspections which were -in cooperation with�Gayland
Taylor, Fish and Game°Warden,'California Fish and`�Game'Department.
5. On June12, 1982 t accompanied my husband'to .the office of Bettye
Kircher, Director of Planning,Butte County Planning ;Con mission, -7
County Center Drive in Oroville, California.
6. 1 agreed, along with myhusband, to have alien placed on,our Property to
satisfy the Reclamation Bond requirements stated in the Mandatory
Conditions # 1-5 set by the Butte County. Planning Commission for the
permit to be valid.
