In consideration of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which i4,hereby acknowledged, Grantor, for itself, its heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its sucessors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for the unobstructed passage of all aircraft in*the airspace above the property located in County of Butte, State of California, described in Exhibit A and shown in Exhibit B,'attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein '(hereinafter called "the property"), for a height of 295 feet above sea level to;an infinite height above the property. Concomitant and coextensive with said easement and right of way, Grantee shall have the continuing right to remove all or, any portion of any structure, natural growth or other object on the property which extends into the airspace over the property to a height of more than 295 feet above mean sea level. Grantor, for itself, its heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, does hereby agree not to cause or permit any structure, natural growth or other object on the property which extends into the airspace over the property more than 295 feet above mean sea level and not to use or permit the use of the property in such .a manner as to create electrical interference with radio communications between aircraft and the Ranchero .Airport, to make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and other lights, to impair visibility in the vicinity of the Ranchero Airport, or to otherwise endanger aircraft landing at or taking off from the Ranchero Airport.
