Adoption of the meeting minutes of February 24, 2004 ` 36- 37 A motion was made by Sang Kim, seconded by Erin Dougherty, and unanimously carried to 38 adopt -the meeting minutes of,February: 24, 2004, as submitted by staff. 39 - - _ w 40 5. Accept and approve summary action meeting minutes for recordkeeping of AVA meetings. -41 _ 42 . A motion was: made by Kim Sang, seconded by -Erin Dougherty, and unanimously approved. M 43 144 6: Consideration of amending the Service Authority'Plan, Section J (1) (e); Disbursement of Funds - 459 section to match the California Vehicle Code regarding funds not expended. T 46 e. - I' 47 The AVA Board decided that this item would be tabled indefinitely. ' 6 7 A motion was made by Bob Koch, seconded by Erin Dougherty to rescind an earlier, AVA. ,8 - Board action on July 2003 whereby it appointed the Butte County Auditor as the AVA 9 Treasurer; and to defer to the current AVA Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) as the governing . 10 document ons. this matter. (Note: The AVA's JPA has established the. It• is anticipated that the new Auditor's system would be inp lace very soon and the - 4 report could then be compiled and distributed to -the jurisdictions. 5 6 ` There was a brief discussion regardingahe AVA Fiscal Year 2003-2004 third quarter number 77 of tows, percentage -of tows,' and fund distribution information provided by staff. t 9 11.
