The interpretation of the bylaws was not clear as to the outcome of this vote. Accordingly, we request that County Counsel review the following_ changes in the bylaws as follows: 1. Definition of "Action." 2. Default decision. 3. Affirmative vote. 4. Cite examples of how the recommended changes would facilitate the interpretation of the bylaws (or make it easier).
