Subject: Proposed Tentative Subdivision Map for Philip Roberts (TSM 02-05)
The Department of Development Services requires that this project be reviewed by the
Butte County Airport Land Use Commission (ALUC). This application has been
determined to require review by ALUC by ALUC staff. In order for this to occur a fee
• in the amount of. $300.00 must be submitted to this Department, payable to the Butte
County Treasurer. Upon receipt of this fee your application shall be scheduled for a
hearing before ALUC.
The enclosed Application for Consistency Findings form must also be completed by the
applicant. Please complete this form and return it with the required $300.00 review fee.
